Bathroom fitter in Loveclough: what to check before you hire

Bathroom fitter in Loveclough is a job we do from Burnley, not a page with the town name dropped in. Loveclough is on the Rossendale side, up off the main valley road. Access and a cold bathroom are the usual brief, not a grand layout.

A bathroom fitter, or a company that also supplies the room

A bathroom fitter in Loveclough should be able to say who supplies the panels or tiles, who does the electrics, and who you call if a joint weeps. Labour-only looks flexible until the tray you bought does not match the waste. We survey Loveclough from Burnley and fit what we specified. A fitter who treats it as a detour will miss the measurement that matters.

• —A survey in the house before the price is treated as final
• —Strip-out, waste, plumbing and certifiable electrics in the conversation
• —A named wall finish: panels or double rectified porcelain
• —A written payment schedule, paid to us, not via a government-backed escrow app
• —Aftercare from a studio 6.4km away, not a national call centre
