The truth is a little different. Every single page, button, and line of text you see here was built by Steve—our founder, and a plumber and accessible bathroom fitter by trade.

Protecting Our Ethos

When we decided it was time to upgrade our online presence, we spoke to several web design agencies. But we quickly ran into a problem. They wanted to use aggressive sales tactics, clinical stock photos, and "pushy" pop-ups to generate leads. They didn't understand our "Family Test" golden rule, and they certainly didn't understand the engineering behind 18mm OSB wall linings.

We realised that if we let a faceless agency build our site, we would start looking like a faceless organisation.

As it turns out, building a high-quality website requires the exact same mindset as building a high-quality accessible bathroom. It takes meticulous planning, a refusal to cut corners, and a deep focus on how the end-user will interact with the finished product.
